Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced  Head of Sales (Türkiye) to join our team at Xometry Türkiye. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within the specified region, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales professionals. Head of Sales(Türkiye)  will play a key role in expanding our customer base and increasing market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and objectives. Ensure that sales pipeline remains full of qualified leads & prospects.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals. Conduct employee interviews, orientations, and hiring of staff. Supervise team in accordance with company policies & procedures.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful execution of sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
  • +15 years experience in B2B sales (At least 5 years as a manager),
  • Advanced level of English skills both in writing and speaking,
  • Strong leadership and team management skills,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans,
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools,
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
