The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Talent Acquisition Programs to join us. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, this strategic role is designed to bolster our recruitment efforts by developing and overseeing innovative top of funnel programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing our talent pipeline, enhancing our sourcing strategies, and providing market insights to enable strategic hiring decisions.

In this Role, you'll get to: 

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the number of qualified candidates at scale through various programs.
  • Craft and execute sourcing strategies that boost our talent pool attracting stellar candidates for key hiring segments.
  • Equip our Recruitment Team with the market insights and tactics needed to engage and win over top talent.
  • Harness market intelligence to inform and shape Agoda strategic talent decisions.
  • Manage and mentor a team of program heads, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with Recruitment, Operational Excellence, and Agoda senior leaders to align efforts and achieve common goals.
  • Work in tandem with the Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding Team to strengthen our market position and attract top talent into our top of funnel.

What you'll Need to Succeed:

  • A proven track record in talent acquisition with a gift for creating programs (such as campus recruitment referral programs, etc.) that resonate with candidates.
  • The ability to shape a clear vision, set clear goals that are step-changes, inspire a team, and lead them to achieve great things.
  • A data-driven mindset, using insights to refine our approach and keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of rallying your team and collaborating effectively with cross-functional partners.
