HR Business Partner (maternity cover)
Are you ready to drive positive change and make a lasting impact? We're looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team in London to cover a 9 month maternity contract.
As our HR Business Partner, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our organisation's success by implementing innovative HR strategies that empower our employees and foster a thriving workplace culture.
In this role, you will be able to effectively implement change in performance management, reimagining our employee experience, and increasing our engagement score.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with Global HR Team to develop and execute cutting edge HR strategies that align with our goals
- Support implementing new processes and procedures that will help us scale as an organisation
- Ignite the potential within our employees through effective performance management programs that drive growth and development
- Be the go-to HR expert for your client group, providing guidance and support to managers on all HR-related matters
- Build bridges as you handle employee relations with finesse, resolving conflicts, managing disciplinary actions, and overseeing grievance procedures
- Be the architect of an inclusive and positive work atmosphere that boosts employee engagement and satisfaction levels
- Collaborate across talent pillars to support the employee experience while working to grow and simplify global programming
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with industry trends and best practices.
Must Haves:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a HRBP or HR Generalist of cross functional resources in a large and/or matrixed organization.
- Deep practice in communication with HR Teams, and employees through all levels of an organization
- Demonstrated ability to establish trust and inspire confidence across various levels of an organisation
- Proven track record of driving pragmatic decision-making in a collaborative, fast-paced, team-based environment
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to lead, delegate, motivate, mentor, and build high-performing teams
- Exceptional ability to handle conflict, challenging situations, and work effectively with diverse working styles
- Strategic and tactical expertise in organizing and structuring operational activities
- Proficient in mediation, negotiation, and delivering impactful presentations
