About this role:

We are searching for a People Partner to join our international People & Culture team. This role can be performed from Spain, Germany, UK, or Poland. As an integral part of our team, you will leverage your passion for people and your experience to support and advise our globally based management team.

Our People & Culture team is the backbone of our business growth, fostering a thriving GSG culture and providing crucial support to our employees. As a People Partner, you will work closely with our senior leadership to align our P&C agenda with the needs, goals, and aims of GSG, while also collaborating with our various P&C functions.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Drive change and transformation management initiatives.
  • Serve as a point of contact for managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Address employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary issues, ensuring fair and consistent treatment.
  • Support our performance management process, coaching managers on goal setting, performance feedback, and development plans.
  • Facilitate performance reviews and calibration sessions to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with managers to support career development within their teams.
  • Provide guidance on compensation structures, salary reviews, and administration of benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and maintain market competitiveness.
  • Develop and communicate HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements and best practices.
Your Profile:
  • Proficient in English.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar HR roles, ideally in a global fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Extensive experience in driving a project strategically from A to Z.
  • Organisational talent and data driven approach.
  • Previous experience in organisational change management process.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Hands-on mentality, with the ability to work with little guidance and a willingness to take ownership.
