We're looking for a Senior HR Business Partner (m/f/x) to join our dynamic People & Culture team, helping us reach new heights and being a catalyst for transformative change.   Your Impact
  • You'll dive deep into the business strategy and challenges of your departments, shaping the people strategy
  • Get ready to be the driving force behind organizational change and innovation in all things People & Culture, making sure our organization continues to be successful and empowered,
  • You’ll lead organizational design, performance development, leadership coaching, and L&D in order to fuel our high-performance and growth.
  • You’ll partner with the leadership team to tackle complex people topics and lead key initiatives to ensure our processes are fit for purpose
  • You’ll take ownership of different frameworks, such as the Performance Development framework, Employee Engagement, 360 feedback and more, constantly refining these to match our evolving needs and vibrant company culture
  • You are a data wizard, using People Analytics to drive change and support your fellow teammates like a pro
  To be successful in this role, you'll need to:
  • Have  6+ years experience in Human Resources and at least 3 years in a Strategic Business Partner role 
  • Have a solid understanding of labor law, compliance requirements, and risk management to mitigate potential legal issues.
  • Be proficient in both German and English
  • Fast growth environment doesn’t scare you; in fact, you thrive in (tech) scale-ups
  • Be a strategic thinker - you align HR initiatives with the overall business strategy and growth plans.
  • Be able to anticipate future HR needs and proactively develop strategies to address them.
  • Be flexible and adaptable, ready to pivot and adjust HR strategies and processes to meet evolving needs.
  • Be adept at change management, helping employees and teams adapt smoothly to new structures, processes, and cultures.
  • Have strong conflict resolution skills to address and resolve issues efficiently, maintaining a positive work environment.
