HR Business Partner (Southern Europe & MEA)
Teads is seeking to hire a HR Business Partner for the Southern Europe and MEA regions.
Based in our Paris office (hybrid work possible), you will be responsible for developing the HR agenda and overseeing all HR processes for France, Spain, Italy and MEA (excluding Engineering teams). This represents around 200 employees over 10 different offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the single point of contact of the management teams in each country
- Support employees and create a climate of trust in the workspace
- Manage full life-cycle recruiting to assist in hiring across multiple teams and territories
- Develop HR practices such as onboarding/offboarding, benefits, performance reviews, budget forecasting...
- Initiate, implement and oversee the training and development agenda
- Partner with in-house and external counsel as needed to ensure legal compliance
- Manage other special projects/assignments as needed
Experience/Background:
- Proven experience as HRBP / People Partner in the digital industry
- Seasoned knowledge of Talent Acquisition practices in a fast pace environment
- Must be willing to work independently, take initiative, and learn quickly
- Positive and energetic attitude while analyzing situations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in french and english (spanish and/or italian and/or arabic are a plus)
- Detail and process-oriented
- Ability to travel when safe
