About the role: 

This role functions as a generalist in a variety of Human Resources activities and support. Provides effective and proactive support across the entire employee life cycle, ensuring appropriate procedures are in place to streamline HR systems and processes.

Your contribution will be:  

  • Provide support to employees and Regional HR Leads throughout the employee lifecycle, including status changes, benefit and perks administration, program management and on/offboarding activities. 
  • Support employee engagement via the CultureAmp platform, using reporting to support EMEA engagement initiatives. 
  • Manage set up and support for exit interviews via CultureAmp. 
  • Build and support the roll out of Regional or EMEA specific policies and templates. 
  • Support delivery of Nintex’s Onboarding/Induction Program on a regular basis. 
  • Partnering with HR Services team to ensure that HRIS reports, internal resources and platforms for employees, managers and HR are up to date and accurate. 
  • Manage the administration of Nintex Leave policies. 
  • Investigate and resolve complex issues, including managing EMEA employment relations, with support from HR Leads. 
  • Provide tier two support for employee queries. 
  • Liaise with immigration advisors across the EMEA region.  
  • Ensure Nintex maintains compliant in all areas of employee working rights and Nintex security procedures, working with the broader global HR team when required.  
  • Partner with Regional Payroll contacts to support and validate HR inputs into payroll files. 
  • Support delivery of Nintex’s DE&I programs and initiatives. 
  • Support delivery of Nintex’s Training and Development programs. 
  • Project management and support of people initiatives and projects, including managing the annual program calendar with EMEA employees.  

To be successful, we think you need:  

  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar HR position, ideally in a global Software or SAAS company. 
  • Working with Sales/Go To Market teams is desirable. 
  • Qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or relevant degree/certifications with working knowledge of best HR practices. 
  • CIPD qualified or working towards is essential. 
  • Experience in employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), and compliance with employment laws and regulations. 
  • Possessing strong interpersonal and communication skills is vital. 
  • Interacting with employees at all levels of the organization, handling sensitive information, and resolving conflicts. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships is crucial. 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Analytical skills for data interpretation. 
  • Experience or exposure of countries within the EMEA region; UK, Germany, France, Spain, South Africa, Israel, UAE, Egypt.
