To support some of our European markets with the day-to-day HR work we are now looking  for an HR Generalist  to join our People Operations.

YOUR MISSION AT VOI

As a HR Generalist you are responsible for managing the daily HR operations and supporting the HRBP and organisation on human resource related matters and projects. Your area will cover a broad range of people topics including identifying improvements of existing structures and processes. This will include: 

• Owning the HR Service desk for your specific markets and ensuring qualified answers and support within the set time frame. 
• Proactively suggest and drive improvements in processes and policies where needed and actively support in the implementation.
• Collaborating closely with the HRBP and work proactively to analyse the incoming subjects in order to identify training and development needs for the teams. 
• Contribute to the global P&C strategy and work in close collaboration with the rest of the P&C team to execute on projects to increase engagement, compliance and continue to build a strong culture in a dynamic environment 

WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK

We are looking for a proactive, structured and service minded people-person, with the ability to drive processes and a curiosity in all aspects of driving P&C improvements. Apart from being fluent in English, responsible and determined, we believe the right person has:

• A university degree in  HR, business administration or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience of working independently with HR administration
• Experience of creating and implementing structure, processes and policies is a merit
