    We are looking for an HR & Office Manager, for our new site in Prague, that will report to the VP of HR.

    What You Will do:

    • Serve as the employees main point contact for queries and questions related to all HR matters.
    • Support the employees lifecycle processes, such as onboarding and exit.
    • Support HR programs and processes (merit process, performance reviews, employee surveys, etc).
    • Responsible for data entry and accuracy of the HR systems. 
    • Track HR metrics, analyze people trends and reports, provide insights, and follow up issues and progress.
    • Prepare and maintain formal policy documents, employee-related documents, handbooks and be familiar with company local policies and benefits.
    • Ensuring the Prague office environment is well kept and organized to a high standard.
    • Managing and tracking employee experience and office budget.
    • Partner closely with managers and employees to build and drive the talent strategy - including identifying and mitigating talent risks, and driving engagement across the employee base.
    • Coach managers and leaders on strengthening their managerial and leadership capabilities.
    • Be a change agent and facilitate change management activities including program design, aligning motivation, and assessing employee and business success.
    • Develop, support and execute employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and global/regional events to foster a positive work environment. 
    • Coordinate logistics and administrative needs for all Prague employees (e.g. office supplies management, team lunches, refreshment orders, etc.).
    • Perform‌ ‌other‌ ‌related‌ ‌duties‌ ‌as‌ ‌assigned from time to time. 
    • Supporting Kyiv’s site with regard to HR issues.

    * This role is required to be 5 days a week in the office.

    This is the perfect job for someone who:

    • At least 2 years of relevant experience as an employee experience specialist / HR generalist / workplace or office manager. 
    • Knowledge of the local labor law.
    • Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and demanding environment.
    • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
    • Highly organized with attention to details and an outstanding work ethic.
    • Always willing to 'roll up the sleeves' and do what it takes to get the job done.
    • Service-oriented, positive, proactive, and solutions-focused attitude.
    • Proficiency in Google Suite. 
    • Strong project management skills.
    • Great communication skills: written and verbal.
    • Fluent in English.
