• Assist the HR Operations team with data visualization and reporting using Power BI.
• Create dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics.
• Analyze HR data trends to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR teams to automate and optimize data-driven processes.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Power BI (or other BI tools).
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Basic knowledge of HR metrics is a plus.
