About the role: The HR Services Coordinator supports People team operations across the globe. This role provides best in class tier 1 support to employees and managers on a daily basis. The Coordinator also partners closely with Regional HR teams to deliver ongoing support managing employee data and experience. The Coordinator is passionate about delivering high quality service to employees and partners each time, every time.  

Your contribution will be:  

  • Act as tier 1 support for HR queries submitted in Zendesk, providing accurate and timely responses to meet defined SLAs.  
  • Partner with Regional HR Leads to escalate complex queries for additional support.  
  • Manage employee changes via defined workflows and processes, including system updates, employee memos and letters, and working with managers to communicate the changes to employees.  
  • Begin the onboarding process following handoff from Talent Acquisition. This entails managing the initial reach out to the employee to gather baseline information, completing provisioning workflow, HRIS updates, and monitoring the collection of onboarding materials including identification, tax forms and other materials.  
  • Process terminations, including workflow completion, system updates and documentation.  
  • Ensures compliance and confidentiality standards are met for employee data security in the HRIS, Personnel files and all employee data.  
  • Maintain high levels of data integrity in all areas of this role, including self-audits of data quality across systems and documentation.  
  • Support the build out of processes related to the creation of the HR Services team  

To be successful, we think you need:  

  • 1+ years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in a Software company 
  • UKG or HRIS experience is highly desirable
