About the job

We’re looking for a Talent Systems Administrator that can help turn ambitious initiatives into meaningful goals to move our business forward. This position is needed to primarily focus on production support in our various Talent Management and Talent Acquisition tools such as: Workday, Greenhouse, and Eightfold. In addition, this individual will help rollout HR system projects. Reporting to the HR Technology Development Manager, this position is critical in supporting Twilio’s rapid growth. 

As the main administrator, you will support key talent projects, and provide day-to-day Tier 1 and Tier 2 production support including: data transactions, file loads, basic reporting, and basic system administration, while also supporting employees directly for their system issues. 

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Perform day-to-day administration of Talent Technology systems including configuration, testing and troubleshooting issues. Support projects such as the talent acquisition, performance review and career development processes. 
  • Generate reports, maintain security and complete ad-hoc data loads.
  • Support internal projects and rollouts which require system changes or updates, testing, and reporting
  • Evaluate end-user requirements and document processes as well as maintain the document library. Communicate and train system end users on necessary functions.
  • Manage testing by working with cross functional partners and identifying test scenarios, develop test scripts, and execute testing in support of system and user acceptance testing.
  • Provide Tier 1-2 support to end-users on talent technology systems, self-service, and other general inquiries regarding system use and function, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Ensure data integrity by looking into process improvements across the talent technology ecosystem
  • Support SOX compliance efforts by ensuring process and data integrity.

Required:

  • 1-2 years of experience working in and administering HR tools
  • Experience with basic reporting and/or excel 
  • Must be able to prioritize tasks well and communicate concerns and issues quickly
  • Ability to think through problems and deliver against deadlines
  • Must be detail-oriented, analytical and have a system thinking approach to problem solving, basic understanding of how things affect one another in an overall ecosystem.
  • Customer service oriented and meet defined SLAs.

Desired:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of multiple talent systems (i.e. Workday, Greenhouse, Cornerstone, Eightfold)
  • Experience supporting Talent Acquisition and/or Talent Management systems or programs
  • Experience with core HR Tech tools: Workday, ServiceNow, Greenhouse, JIRA, Eightfold.  Familiarity with common Talent Lifecycle tools like Gem, Cornerstone, Starred, and HackerRank, etc is a plus
Location

This role will be remote but is eligible for hire in Colombia. It is not eligible for hire in the U.S. or Canada.

Travel
