YOUR MISSION
We are looking for An Inbound Sales Executive to join Glovo’s Partners and Brands team in Casablanca, Morocco!
As an Inbound Sales Executive at Glovo, you will play a pivotal role in our sales team based in Casablanca, focusing on building relationships with local stores and corporate customers who express interest in partnering with us.
THE JOURNEY
Partnership Onboarding:
- Engage local stores who express interest in partnering with Glovo.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for newly acquired partners.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with a focus on client satisfaction.
Pipeline Management:
- Keep the inbound sales pipeline updated daily, tracking the progress of leads and deals.
- Prioritize and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
Collaborative Environment:
- Actively collaborate with colleagues to share insights and strategies for effective inbound sales.
- Contribute to a supportive team environment that encourages growth and development.
Customer-centric Approach:
- Ensure that all partnerships align with the company's goals and profitability standards.
- Be a key advocate for Glovo's solutions, demonstrating how they benefit our partners.
Continuous Learning:
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Act as a methodological and fast learner, utilizing CRM tools (Salesforce) effectively
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales, with a focus on managing inbound inquiries and leads.
- Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in the local language is essential, with fluency in English.
- Target Orientation: Overachieving targets in an inbound sales context is a must.
- Proactive Approach: Display a proactive and hungry approach to converting inbound leads.
- Adaptability: Embrace challenges with the mindset that "Impossible is not Glovo, you make everything happen."
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, is preferred
