What can you expect in this role: Teads Sydney is on the lookout for a dynamic Industry Director ANZ to join our growing Strategic Accounts team. 

Reporting to the VP Strategic Accounts, your mission will be to cultivate partnerships and stimulate incremental revenue expansion across key accounts in the ANZ region. This position offers an opportunity to be part of an industry pioneer and leader in full-funnel advertising solutions, and one that is experiencing rapid global growth. You will also serve as a thought leader within your designated vertical(s), driving success through deep industry insights and proactive participation in industry events.

Our innovative advertising solutions are bought by many of the world’s largest advertisers including Stellantis, The Estee Lauder Companies, HP, Volkswagen, Visa, all major Beauty & Luxury brands, as well as P&G, Unilever, Nestle, Samsung, Apple, and many others.

  • Develop and scale collaborative relationships with top Advertisers in ANZ. 
  • Overall responsibility for delivery of numbers and be the expert on these businesses, and to deliver solutions to best fit advertiser needs.
  • Ensuring that Teads becomes a staple in client media portfolios through active endorsement and support from the Client media team.
  • Build relations at the most senior level across all client departments (Marketing, Insights, Data).
  • Working collaboratively with the sales team to secure Teads' presence in all core media plans and activation budgets.
  • Develop best-in-class communication and decks tailored to client and their needs
  • Assisting local markets in uncovering new opportunities through leveraging existing relationships and proactive networking to facilitate meetings and attend crucial local engagements.
  • Sharing successful strategies and practices with the team and promoting knowledge exchange.
  • Championing industry knowledge both internally and externally, while maintaining active involvement in industry committees and conferences.

About You

  • Strong understanding and background in media industry with Advertisers
  • Ability to build relationships with top marketing/media decision-makers
  • Proven experience in collaboration to build long-term sustainable partnership growth
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of online video, display and performance 
  • Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower colleagues to achieve objectives with a team approach
  • Ability to convert business from other media channels
