Join our Berlin team as an Influencer Marketing Manager and help us change the way language learning is done! You will be part of the Paid Social & Influencer Marketing team, within the Performance Marketing department. 

You will join a team of ambitious, diverse and fun Influencer Marketing Managers and have a chance to grow and elevate our influencer marketing efforts in our key European and Global markets. The influencer marketing channel is full of very exciting projects - we work with talented content creators (often with very inspiring polyglots, full-time travelers or educators) and our goal is to co-create content that inspires people to reach their language learning goals with Babbel ecosystem’s help. This role reports to the Head of Paid Social and Influencer Marketing.

 

You will:

  • Identify, scout, outreach and manage relationships with Social Media Influencers in our largest European and Global markets with key focus on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram.
  • Negotiate campaigns and budgets with influencers with strong performance focus
  • Carry out influencer campaign management (negotiating, briefing, reporting, scheduling, creative brainstorming and reviewing influencers’ content), aiming to grow long-term relationships
  • Collaborate with the rest of the Performance Marketing team on cross-platforms projects 
  • Stay on top of industry trends, to elevate Babbel’s influencer activations

You are:

  • enthusiastic about all things Influencer Marketing (you are no stranger to spending hours on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram) and have a knack for trends and good, creative and convincing storytelling
  • a people person - talking to diverse creators, negotiating and solving potential problems delicately will be the main part of your job
  • very well organized and structured, as well as transparent, solution-oriented and flexible
  • willing to get your hands dirty and learn by doing
  • a team player - we will be working together a lot!
  • not afraid of data - and making quick and qualified decisions based on numbers

You have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in (performance oriented) Influencer Marketing
  • Solid understanding of the dynamics, KPIs and nature of the influencer world
  • Excellent English skills

Nice to have:

  • Conversational language skills in either German, Spanish or Italian
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Basic editing skills
  • Passion about the digital language learning / EdTech space
  • Experience with Tableau or similar BI tool
