Your mission

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant who has a passion for marketing and the desire to develop and learn and from a team of experts in a rapidly growing space company. You should have a strong grasp of the tools required to support marketing planning and execution and you will work with the marketing team and external vendors to support our global outreach, ensuring that our campaigns are executed on time and on budget.This includes:

  • General administrative and organizational support for the Marketing Team
  • Support for all marketing invoice processing and liaising with Finance Department to ensure timely payments
  • Managing marketing materials including managing stocks and shipment of brochures and branded giveaways.  Sourcing of central supplier for existing and new branded materials. Ensuring that global event program is supported with marketing stocks
  • Managing internal Employer Branding inventory.  Create a set of branded giveaways for new starters and liaise with HR to have them ready at on-boarding
  •  Managing the business card fulfilment in liaison with HR for all employee business cards, including design, production, shipping and re-stocking. Put in place a system for “self-service” of business cards
  • Support for organizing, implementation and follow-up of events and meetings (research, obtaining proposals, communicating with service providers, sending material international events, creating presentations and reports)
  • Management of Sharepoint Information for Marketing Department, including organization of folders and periodical archiving of documents
  • Coordination of internal / external meetings
  • Coordination with other departments to optimize processes (IT & HR)

What you bring on the table

  • BS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Flexible, organized and practical with excellent interpersonal skills.  Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience of working in a start-up/scale up environment would be preferable
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Office Suite, Sharepoint, Teams etc
  • German language native with excellent English, both spoken and written
