Marketing Operations Specialist (all genders)
As Marketing Operations Specialist you will join our Global Demand Generation and Marketing Operations Teamand become a pivotal part of our digital marketing success. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing, setting up and executing data-driven digital marketing campaigns across various channels, aimed at driving revenue and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Your responsibilities
- Campaign Implementation: Set up marketing assets and workflows to maximize the efficiency of B2B automated marketing campaigns across different channels.
- System Administration: Act as a system admin to support training, execution, maintenance, and reporting processes in alignment with our Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) architecture.
- Innovation and Optimization: Utilize marketing automation to introduce new techniques in campaign design, content development, engagement strategies, and conversion optimization. Share best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
- Campaign Management & Reporting: Oversee campaign flows to ensure prospects progress through the buyer journey effectively. Monitor automated campaign performance against business goals and KPIs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, leveraging data to enhance marketing activities.
What You Need to Succeed
- Experience: 2-4 years in digital marketing or marketing operations, with hands-on experience in automated campaigns and performance analysis.
- Qualifications: Relevant digital marketing qualifications, with Marketing Automation Platform certification (e.g., HubSpot) highly valued.
- Skills: Strong technical understanding of marketing automation, lead scoring & routing, CRM integration, creativity, analytical prowess, excellent communication, and networking skills.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with remote teams in a collaborative environment.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent English is required; proficiency in German or other EU languages is a plus.
- Passion and Drive: A keen interest in sports, fitness, and technology, with a willingness to inspire others towards a healthy lifestyle.
