• We are looking for a Project Manager for our Customer Domain to help us take our product strategy to the next level by raising the bar for E2E planning and executional excellence
• You will oversee the planning and deployment of key strategic product development & innovation projects in an E2E cross-functional environment with local and global stakeholders
• You will work in the Strategic Product Development Team and contribute to strengthen our innovation pillar by bringing efficiency and creativity to the product innovation journey from concept to market
• You will support the development and implementation of processes & frameworks that bring efficiency and agility across strategic product management, culinary development & optimization, design & innovation, marketing, operations and tech teams
• You will learn by working together with experts in your field and have the opportunity to continuously develop personally and professionally.

This role is available on a 2 years contract as a parental leave cover. An unlimited contract extension is possible. 

• End-to-end responsibility for the implementation of key strategic product development projects to increase customer and business value
• Support product development scoping by assessing feasibility, capacity and capability planning
• Partner with Product Managers for effective translation of product innovation strategies into comprehensive product implementation plans
• Coordinate and execute projects with DACH (Product Strategy, Culinary Development, Menu Planning, Customer Experience, Marketing, Operations) and global stakeholders (Tech teams, Product Ops) with strong adherence to strategic brief, budget and timelines
• Ensure project delivery excellence and efficiency, including governance, continuous improvement and capability implementation
• Provide regular updates to the Program Management Team Lead on the status of assigned projects, excelling in structure, stakeholder alignment, timeline management, risk & escalation management
• Develop and consolidate a solid alliance with our Innovation Hub to create innovative and agile ways of working to increase speed to market and gain a competitive edge
• Support facilitation of innovation workshops across business domains and enabling functions with the Innovation Hub lead
• Actively contribute to the Project Management Chapter of DACH organization

• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role
• You have a university degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Marketing or a related field. PMP, Prince2 or Agile Project Management certificate is a plus
• Ideally, you will bring experience in an entrepreneurial role in product development, innovation management and/or project management in e-commerce. Food experience is a plus
• Excellent team, project and stakeholder management skills
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget and high quality
