Insights & Measurement Manager
We are looking for a Senior Insights & Measurements Manager, based in Casablanca. We are a dedicated team of research professionals, which support the International sales organisation in achieving their revenue targets by the intelligent use of data and insights. Our areas of expertise include developing thought leadership, advertising effectiveness and analytic dashboards to support strategic customer partnerships.
We support a vast array of stakeholders both inside and outside the Teads business with compelling arguments which ultimately help demonstrate why Teads offering is essential to any media plan. We move fast with flexibility and work collaboratively across multiple disciplines in multiple geographies to deliver powerful insights that support the Teads narrative.
The role involves supporting revenue opportunities by responding to sales briefs (RFPs) and addressing client challenges through campaign measurement, reporting, and category insights. Reporting to the International VP of Insights and Measurement, based in London, the role requires close collaboration with the Global Insights & Measurement Team.

- Multiple stakeholder and project management experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide local insights for international markets, manage client studies, and present results.
- Manage the International Research Analyst in Morocco.
- Manage insight and measurement plans, sourcing new approaches aligned with business priorities.
- Represent markets without local research support and contribute to global initiatives.
- Develop consumer and market insights for various verticals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure optimal customer outcomes.
- Develop and communicate measurement and insight-driven learning agendas for key customers.
- Maintain relationships with research peers in the industry.
Practical Skills
- Basic statistics and data analysis.
- Proficiency in analysis/visualisation tools like Looker and Excel.
- Presentation skills and familiarity with data tools like eMarketer and GWI.
- Degree in a quantitative or marketing/communication field.
- Experience in campaign measurement at a media agency, publisher, brand, or research supplier.
- Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
