Role Summary
The Insurance Program Lead will support the administration and day-to-day operations of Payoneer’s global and local insurance policies. This includes helping track renewals, organizing policy documents, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting with communication between Payoneer and its insurance brokers and advisors.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys managing details, working across departments, and learning more about corporate insurance and risk operations. The role will also contribute to budgeting, capital planning and M&A activities, with room to take on more strategically over time as part of the broader Enterprise Risk & Organizational Resilience team.
What you’ll do:
Insurance Operations & Internal Coordination
- Help manage policy renewals, updates, and internal coordination across various lines of coverage (e.g., D&O, E&O, Cyber, Crime, P&C, Travel)
- Support the review of local policies and assist in aligning subsidiary-level insurance needs with corporate coverage
- Maintain insurance documentation, claims history, and certificates of insurance to ensure information is up-to-date and easily accessible for audits, vendor onboarding, and internal reporting
- Assist with premium tracking, invoice review, and coordination with Finance to support insurance budgeting and forecasting
Broker & Advisor Engagement
- Act as a day-to-day contact for the insurance broker, helping to gather information and keep renewal and placement activities on track
- Help compile underwriting data and support internal stakeholders in meeting timelines for annual renewals and other broker-driven processes
- Work with the broker and internal teams (e.g., Legal, Risk, HR) to track and document claims from intake through resolution
- Help follow up on action items from external insurance advisors and support the review of benchmarking reports or coverage recommendations
Cross-Functional Support & Growth Opportunities
- Contribute to projects tied to specific insurance lines (e.g., Cyber planning, D&O benchmarking, property risk surveys), working with teams across the business
- Assist in gathering insurance-related documentation for M&A due diligence and help integrate newly acquired entities into the insurance program
- Support insurance-related data collection for capital planning and risk retention discussions
- Partner with your manager to identify areas to improve insurance program tracking, coordination, and stakeholder communication – with room to take on more strategic tasks over time
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in insurance, risk management, brokerage, or underwriting –ideally within fintech, payments, financial services or global enterprises
- Familiarity with some corporate insurance programs (e.g. D&O, E&O, Cyber, PI, Crime, P&C, Travel and/or alternative risk products)
- Comfortable working in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to help build reports, summaries, and presentation decks
- Interest in learning more about insurance policy administration, claims processes, and risk financing strategies
- Industry certifications such as ARM, CPCU, or RIMS-CRMP is a plus
- Exposure to capital planning, financial modeling and M&As is a plus

In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus. The annual base salary range for this position is: $90,000-$125,000
