About the jobThis position is needed tolead the existing integration team at offshore and to provide support for onsite integration Lead/Architect
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Lead the Integration team, maintaining close collaboration with key stakeholders, including the Business Team, Product Owners, System Architects, IT Team, etc.
- Support the team at offshore and work closely with onsite Leads/Architects on the integration related activities
- Lead efforts on the new platform adoptions focusing on strategizing the integrations including third party systems
- Collect integration requirements from diverse teams, prioritize them, design solutions, and guide developers in their implementations.
- Provide training to the team on Mulesoft and other integration platform technologies
- Lead all sprint events including Sprint planning to plan the deliverables for upcoming sprints, sprint demos to showcase completed integrated solutions.
- Provide Proof of concepts in any relevant new feature on Integration tools.

Required:
- 8+ years of experience in software development life cycle, with 5+ years in MuleSoft and Workato/Dell Boomi/OIC Integration platforms in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise integration solutions
- Strong proficiency in MuleSoft technologies, including hands-on experience with Mule 4+, RAML, REST, and SOAP web services
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable MuleSoft solutions
- Hands-on experience on DataWeave transformations
- Expertise with MuleSoft connectors like WebService consumer, HTTP, Salesforce, Workday, Database etc.
- Extensive knowledge of MuleSoft API lifecycle management, application packaging, and deployment strategies.
- Experience in DevOps practices and CI/CD processes using tools such as Maven, GIT, Jenkins, and CloudHub.
- Expertise in API-led Architecture and Pub-Sub models
- Strong proficiency in one another integration tools like Workato, Dell Bhoomi, etc including App and Data Integrations, Events, Connectors, etc
- Experience working with a distributed team across time zones and comfortable working in second shift (2 - 11 PM IST) to cover UK/US hours
- Should be certified in ‘MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect’
- Knowledge of multiple integration platforms and the respective architectures
Desired:
- Relevant experience in CPaaS industries or Financial domains.
- Preferred to have knowledge on AWS or Oracle cloud technologies
- Preferred to have knowledge on any programing languages like Java, Python etc
- Preferred to be certified in ‘MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect’
Location
This role will be remote-India.
Approximately 10% travel is anticipated.
