Energy Test InternOur Laboratory & Testing team is looking for a hands-on intern with solid knowledge of Li-Ion cells and other relevant university coursework, to contribute to our Energy Test efforts.Your day to day:

  • Plan and monitor Li-Ion cell and pack-level tests, including performance, abuse and mechanical tests.
  • Configure battery setups with all necessary fixtures, sensors, cables, and related components.
  • Revise test methods and develop test automation tools.
  • Analyze test data and create detailed reports.
  • Plan, set up, and maintain test spaces, labs, and equipment.
  • Work with BMS systems and test bench software.

Your profile:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in electrical, mechanical, aerospace, automotive engineering, or a related MINT field.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of Li-Ion cells, including their behavior, testing, and safety considerations.
  • Solid understanding of electrical principles.
  • Proficient in technical writing within an engineering context.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience through relevant projects or internships.
  • Curious, with a growth mindset and a target-oriented workstyle.
  • Structured and methodical approach to getting things done.
  • Self-starter, capable of working effectively in an unstructured environment with minimal supervision.
  • Fluent in English; German or other languages are a plus.
  • Available for a full-time internship of at least 6 months.
