The role

As the International Marketing Communications Intern, you’ll join the global team that owns all marketing communication initiatives for HelloFresh’s portfolio of brands across 13 active markets. As part of your responsibilities, you will support coordination efforts on the brand campaign and creative experimentation activities with the local and international teams for our vast brand portfolio (HelloFresh, EveryPlate, Green Chef, Chefs Plate, YouFoodz, and Factor). You would support team members on planning and organisational tasks, analytics reporting, campaign management, and concept development. Your work will immediately impact how HelloFresh communicates its brand benefits and product messages.

What you’ll do
  • Support in campaign management through organisational tools, i.e. Airtable, Google Sheets, etc.
  • Aid in managing creative agencies and media partners to facilitate work streams and facilitate the successful delivery of creative projects.
  • Support in campaign measurement by monitoring platform metrics and sharing weekly performance reports through data analysis using Clarisights and Tableau dashboards.
  • Manage the organisation, preparation, and documentation of market catch-ups and internal meetings.
  • Consolidate and communicate creative best practices to internal design teams, ensure strategic alignment among global and local market stakeholders, and share toolkits and post-mortem reports.
  • Analyse consumer insights data to develop relevant and effective communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to implement tests and facilitate workflows between teams. 
  • Help build long-lasting set-ups and processes throughout international and local Brand teams.
What you’ll bring
  • You are a recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or any other communications-related field.
  • You are fluent in English; other languages from one of our existing markets are a plus.
  • You ideally have previous work experience with an in-house communications or brand team or have interned at an agency or consultancy. 
  • You are a team player with a can-do attitude, adept at working across multiple projects in a fast-paced and agile environment.
  • You are structured and at ease with planning or complex communication tasks and already have some understanding of project management tools (i.e. Trello, Asana, Airtable, Wrike, Click-up, or Miro) 
  • You are familiar with data analysis and potentially have previous experience using dashboard visualisation tools, i.e. Tableau or Clarisights.
  • You are a creative thinker who fuels creativity in others.
  • You have strong attention to detail and organisational skills. 
  • You are interested in marketing and communications and, ideally, have a passion for food.
  • You are flexible and agile.
