Location: India Innovation Centre, Bangalore

Duration : 8 -10 Weeks (Summer)

Position Description:We are looking for ambitious students currently pursuing an engineering degree who are ready to gain hands-on experience and contribute to real-world challenges. This 8-10 week internship will involve working on a focused, impactful project within GTM- CPQ (Configure Price Quote ) spacein Salesforce allowing you to create innovative value for our customers. We are looking for problem solvers who care about making a meaningful impact and enjoy working as part of a collaborative, distributed team. As an Intern, you will be supported along the way and will have opportunities for continuous learning and mentorship.

Job Duties and Responsibilities (Internship Scope):

• Assist in the requirements gathering, design and implementation of scalable, reusable, and maintainable software components
• Learn and work with engineering teams in Agile Methodology to understand project scope and participate in our planning process.
• Assist the product team in analyzing data to understand patterns, usage & provide recommendations
• Participate in test-driven development, design, and code reviews.
• Contribute iterative improvements to our systems under guidance.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Product Management, Security, and Design teams to solve technical and non-technical challenges.

Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Interest in product management, data analysis, and testing that supports building highly reliable, mission-critical software.
• Ability to program in at least one OO programming language (e.g. Java, Golang and/or Python),
• Familiarity with Data structures and algorithms concept, Javascript , React experience.
• Understanding of concepts like Web Services, SOA, and REST APIs, Software engineering principles and methodologies
• Able to apply knowledge gained in computer science courses to real-world problems.
• Good written and verbal communication skills (ability to explain your thoughts clearly)

Preferred Skills:

• Working knowledge of web technologies (such as HTTP, HTML/DOM, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX) will be beneficial.
• Familiarity developing containerized applications and deploying it to Kubernetes on cloud infrastructure vendors like AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Enjoy being part of a highly collaborative, remote-friendly environment.
• You’ve built, broken, and rebuilt software applications, demonstrating creative thinking and a desire to build real-world products.
