If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to showcase your skills! We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Event Intern to join our team and assist in organising our sennder summer camp 2024 in Apulia, Italy, where the whole company will gather for a week from all across Europe. This summer internship position is based in Berlin from now until the end of September, with the actual event taking place in Apulia on Sep 15-22. This internship offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in event management and program coordination for a European logistics startup. 

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL …

• Collaborate with the event planning team to develop a comprehensive program and agenda for the off-site event
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather speaker topics, presentation materials, and workshop content
• Manage communication with speakers, ensuring they are informed of logistics and requirements
• Coordinate logistics for workshops, including room assignments, equipment setup, and materials preparation
• Assist in creating and distributing event schedules, ensuring attendees are informed of session times and locations
• Provide on-site support during the event, assisting with speaker check-in, session coordination, and finding solutions to ad-hoc challenges within short timeframe

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR …

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in event coordination or program management is a plus but not required
• Must be based in Berlin, available to travel to Apulia, Italy from the 15th to the 22nd of September
