Whether you are an established Recruiter, or building a career within Talent Acquisition we are actively looking for a skilled Internal Recruiter to join our Sales & Operations Talent Team managing entry- mid level attraction campaigns across Europe.

Based out of our Lutterworth Fulfilment Centre, you will 

  • Provide multiple 360 recruitment services simultaneously to our Global stakeholders
  • Effectively lead exploration meetings, gaining insight into the specific requirements to adapt and tailor campaigns.
  • Manage attraction campaigns; whilst proactively applying direct sourcing and engagement techniques to increase brand and role awareness.    
  • Liaise with cross functional partners both internally and externally to deliver fast, positive and successful recruitment and onboarding campaigns.
  • Utilise business and market data to enable effective business decisions to be set.
  • Keep updated with market trends, candidate engagement and competitors.
  • Be a flexible team member supporting the successful delivery of recruitment targets.

To be considered you will 

  • Have proven experience as a 360 Recruiter in an Agency, Inhouse, Consultancy setting.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the recruitment cycle and how to effectively apply.
  • Be an excellent communicator, someone who builds rapport quickly and effectively with candidates, stakeholders and cross functional partners.
  • Manage your time effectively, capability in prioritisation and agility in realigning swiftly.
  • Display strong IT navigation and application skills (CRM & ATS systems, Google and or Microsoft Office). 
  • Thrive in a collaborative, fast paced environment; with a team focused mindset.
