International HR Generalist (Danish speaker) (m / f / d)

With our product, businesses can collect, manage and document user consents on websites and apps, and achieve full compliance in accordance with global privacy regulations while facilitating high consent rates and building trust with their customers.In this international role based in Copenhagen or Odense, you will be responsible for all HR Operations for our employees in Denmark and contact person for our Employer of Record (EoR) staff throughout Europe+, ensuring a smooth employee experience in your key role. You will work very closely together with your HR colleagues abroad (DE, CZ, PT), enhancing our company-wide processes & policies to further professionalise our way of working and to enable smart growth of our business. Your Tasks- Act as first point of contact for employees throughout their employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
- Own HR-Operations related processes and administrative activities from A-Z, being also responsible for the monthly payroll preparation and ensuring correct pay run
- Support HR colleagues with up-to-date Danish labour law knowledge
- Implement new and optimise existing operational HR practices, policies & guidelines in compliance with local and global HR regulations
- Collaborate in international HR projects
- At least 3 years of experience in the area of HR, combined with preferably studies or apprenticeship related to HR or business
- Fluent in English and solid Danish language skills
- Up-to-date knowledge in Danish labour law (including payroll matters)
- Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential and professional manner
- Excellent attention to detail, working quickly, concisely and quality oriented
- Demonstrating a positive attitude and pleasant, clear communication style (also in English)
- Ability to work effectively and independently across organisational boundaries
- Eagerness to learn & flexibility to take on additional responsibilities, as needed
