Your Mission

International Sales:

  • Support in the identification, acquisition, and maintenance of international distribution partners for our Robotic Solutions.
  • Collaboration in the development and implementation of sales strategies to increase market share in various countries.Contribution to achieving revenue goals and overall company revenue development.
  • Establishment and maintenance of long-term partnerships with distributors, integrators, and partners on a global scale.
  • Collaboration with partners to strengthen their sales and market presence.Ensuring effective communication and coordination between the company and its international partners.
Market Analysis:
  • Conducting market analyses to identify trends and potentials in the field of Robotic Solutions.Assisting in evaluating competitive landscapes and developing strategies to position our products in the global market.
Customer Service:
  • Assisting in resolving technical and business inquiries from international customers and partners.Ensuring the highest customer satisfaction through professional care and support.
Reporting and Budget Management:
  • Creating regular reports on sales progress, market shares, and revenue forecasts.Taking responsibility for achieving goals in the International Sales & Partner Management area.

Your Profile

  • Completed degree in the field of business, engineering, or equivalent qualification.
  • Initial experience in international sales of robotic solutions or related technologies.
  • Successful execution of projects or involvement in activities leading to the identification and acquisition of international distribution partners.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Technical understanding of robotics and automation technologies.
  • Fluent in German and negotiating in English, additional languages are advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
