Your mission

  • End User Support: Provide technical support and assistance to end users for various applications, including but not limited to Jira Software, IT Service Management (ITSM) and Asset Management (MGT), Freeflyer, Matlab, desknow, Zscaler, etc. Act as the primary point of contact for user inquiries, issues, and feature requests related to these applications. 

  • Microsoft 365 Support: Utilize Microsoft 365 suite to troubleshoot and resolve user issues, including but not limited to Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize enhancements and improvements to Microsoft 365 applications. 

  • Device Management: Manage and support Windows, iOS, and Android devices used by end users. Oversee device setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities. Ensure alignment of device management processes with user needs and organizational objectives. 

  • Product Ownership: Serve as the IT product owner for designated applications and products, including Jira Software, ITSM and Asset Management (MGT), Freeflyer, Matlab, desknow, Zscaler, etc. Define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders. Act as the voice of the customer and advocate for user needs and requirements. 

  • Asset Management: Assist in the setup, management, and administration of the asset management solution. Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure accurate tracking and maintenance of IT assets. Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing asset management processes. 

What you bring on the table

  • Proven experience in providing end-user support for various applications, with a strong understanding of troubleshooting methodologies and best practices. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Experience with administering Microsoft 365 user accounts and permissions is preferred. 

  • Ability to manage and support Windows, iOS, and Android devices, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. 

  • Familiarity with agile product management principles and practices. Experience as a product owner or similar role is highly desirable. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering value to end users and the organization.
