The IT Strategic Partnerships team is responsible for ensuring the success of Pinterest’s vendor partners from an IT perspective. We coordinate global projects within set deadlines, organize and facilitate meetings with key teams across the company and define expectations with internal and external stakeholders. Our goal is to be trusted partners within the technology space and provide frictionless but secure access solutions to our tools and data.
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate vendor onboarding globally with internal and external stakeholders ensuring teams are set up for success on day one
- Investigate end-user feedback to determine root cause, track impact and work cross functionally to improve the experience
- Evaluate escalations, troubleshoot and advise on next steps to work collaboratively with our internal teams
- Build relationships across engineering, corporate security, sales, trust & safety and finance teams to ensure ongoing success of company goals
- Document and communicate status, issues and risks in a timely manner to internal and external stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence others towards achieving common goals
- Dedicated self-starter to identify a problem, research and troubleshoot using available resources and improve processes
- Experience in project planning and execution; being able to identify a problem, map out the scope and identify stakeholders to deliver a scalable solution
- Success in multitasking, prioritizing and pivoting in a fast-paced environment
- 5+ years of experience in IT or facilities focused project management or equivalent
