As we enter this next phase of growth, we are in search of a Senior Project Manager I to facilitate Professional Services customer engagements and ensure teams are able to implement or optimize the use of LogicMonitor on time, in scope, and within estimated budget. As a crucial member of the Project Management team, your responsibilities include comprehending project scope, customer objectives, and success criteria to formulate a detailed success plan. You will establish project workflows, communication standards, and act as a facilitator throughout project delivery, ensuring alignment with scope and timeline. Your role also involves proactive progress tracking, communicating identified risks, and guiding projects to completion, ensuring valuable outcomes for both our customers and the business portfolio.

The Sr. Project Manager I facilitates coordination, scheduling and reporting of multiple medium- and large-scale PS implementation projects, including complex custom scoped work, and will contribute to or own internal or operational efforts as identified. This position works closely with Sales and Customer Success Management (CSM) teams to coordinate project delivery plans alongside PS Solutions Engineers.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

  • Serve as a project leader and manage all aspects of complex large and custom Professional Services projects or programs, including monitoring timeline, scheduling, scope, milestones, dependencies, resources, and budget through lifecycle
  • Successfully juggle multiple, simultaneous PS projects, including engagements with extensive timelines with multiple phases of deployments
  • Serve as internal and customer point-of-contact for assigned PS projects
  • Effectively translate technical requirements to clear project plans with phases, milestones, tasks, dependencies and anticipated level of effort
  • Develop and implement project schedules to meet agreed-to deadlines; facilitate coordination and scheduling of project working sessions
  • Maintain visibility of project status through regular reporting and communication, including communicating with Executive-level and Senior Leadership contacts internally and externally
  • Attend and engage in ongoing client meetings and working sessions
  • Consistently maintain up-to-date data fields, project notes, project timelines/dates and timesheets of all assigned PS projects  
  • Anticipate, identify and highlight risks, issues, and roadblocks within projects; devise effective mitigation and escalation strategies to address appropriately 
  • Ensure projects follow all company and departmental policies, procedures, and standards
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Participate in onboarding/training of new hires
  • Serve as a resource to others in the PMO / PS Team; assist others with problem solving
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement; take ownership of implementing improvements
  • Contribute to or own internal initiatives
What You'll Need:
  • 6+ years IT, project management or consultation experience
  • Experience with working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
  • Expert proficiency with project management tools and methodology
    • Confluence / Mavenlink / Asana experience a plus
  • Communication / Stakeholder Management
  • Experience establishing & managing customer relationships; excellent customer relations skills 
  • Ability to work both independently as well as with co-workers on team projects and initiatives
  • Expert level ability to solve nearly all project issues with occasional help or escalation
  • Ability to assist others with problem solving
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred
  • CAPM, PMP, and/or CSPO certifications a plus

LogicMonitor believes in pay transparency, so we provide the base salary ranges for all of our jobs in the United States. Actual base salary offered will vary depending on factors including but not limited to: location, education, experience, skills, and qualifications. As part of our holistic compensation philosophy, LogicMonitor also offers many competitive elements in our total compensation package for US employees, such as bonus or commission compensation in addition to the base pay, an equity program for all full time employees, 401K matching, and other rewards. 

Base Salary Range$99,300—$136,600 USD
