We’re now looking for an IT Specialist to join our great team in Stockholm!

YOUR MISSION AT VOI

As an IT Specialist at Voi, your primary mission is to ensure seamless hardware and software experiences for our employees. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing automation processes while maintaining high standards of IT security and efficiency.

This will include:

• Manage the internal IT tools, ensuring proper setup and conducting administrative tasks.
• Drive Mobile Device Management processes to optimize device management across the organization.
• Establish and uphold standards and best practices for IT security procedures.
• Work with API integrations and automation using tools such as BetterCloud
• Ensure IT compliance throughout the organization and oversee smooth on- and offboarding experiences for employees.
• Take part in Internal IT projects and initiatives to drive the Internal IT strategy forward

What you need to embark:

• We’re looking for a service-minded and solution-oriented IT Specialist with experience working in a dynamic environment.
• We believe you want to develop and take our internal IT function to the next level by trying new things and pushing our boundaries.
• Experience from user support (or similar) in multiple locations
• Experience with cloud-based solutions
• Competence in both Mac and PC environments
• Well-versed in Atlassian, Google Workspace & Slack
• Experience in IT Security is a huge plus
• Proficiency in automating tasks and managing ticketing system flows
