The opportunity 

The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to users within the organization. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems and applications, and maintaining IT infrastructure.

Your responsibilities 
  • Provide technical support in person to our colleagues based in Valencia and remotely to colleagues based in several other locations: Madrid, Barcelona, Berlin(HQ), Cologne, Lisbon, and Amsterdam
  • Taking over the responsibility for onboarding and off-boarding processes, provisioning devices using multiple MDM platforms, ensuring sufficient stock of equipment, and maintaining an up-to-date asset log via our IT Asset Management tool
  • Act as the point of reference, providing documentation of new solutions/workarounds
  • Participate in IT projects, such as new office setup, hardware refresh, and technology rollouts
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripheral devices
  • Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex technical problems
  • Assist in the implementation of IT projects and upgrades, including system migrations and software deployments
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT systems and applications
What you need to succeed 
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a degree in a related field
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an IT Support/Administrator role, preferably in a global company or multi-cultural environment
  • Strong communication skills , ability to communicate with both business and technical stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Experience in supporting macOS and Windows devices
  • Familiarity with IT Asset & Configuration Management, and experience with Microsoft Intune/Kandji or similar MDM solutions
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing effective solutions
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, supporting global employees both in-person and remotely
  • Ideally familiarity with the ITIL framework and IT service management practices
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required
  • Nice-to-have qualifications include fluency in German or Spanish, experience managing IT projects, automation and scripting skills, and knowledge of Google Workspace, Okta, Jira, and Zapier
