As an Inside Sales Representative, you will contact potential customers, understand their needs, and present the benefits of our products and services.

What you’ll be doing in this position:

  • Handling customer inquiries, understanding their needs, and proposing the most suitable Sumup solution for the situation
  • Closing short-cycle sales
  • Working closely with other sales teams, such as marketing and pre-sales teams, to contribute to achieving the sales objectives of the team, country, and structure
  • Maintaining positive and lasting relationships with existing customers and helping them resolve any issues that may arise
  • Accelerating the conclusion of agreements and increasing the number of activated point-of-sale merchants

You’ll be great for this position if you have:

  • Significant 1-2 years of experience in sales, fintech or food tech industry
  • Proficiency in English and French
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and commercial organizational skills
  • Approach challenges with a pragmatic mindset, motivated by a commitment to improving the status quo and delivering tangible results
  • Enjoy healthy competition
