YOUR MISSION

You will be responsible for tracking and managing the operational metrics of regional areas and cities, while deep diving into any metric deviation with the goal of finding quick, efficient, and data-driven solutions.

We're looking for someone who has that mix of analytical and operational abilities to build things from the ground up and get stuff done, as well as the creative thinking necessary to drive innovative solutions.

THE JOURNEY

  • Provide analytical support to the operations team
  • Evaluate strategic opportunities, performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses
  • Understand, deep-dive into the data, to understand the reasons and the levers we can act upon to improve KPIs
  • Track the impact of all the new implementations that you have proposed by checking the daily metrics of the cities
  • Own all dashboards and build new tools to improve the visibility of metrics in the department
  • Understand the operations model in Glovo to provide advice to the team
  • Contribute towards the continuous improvement of the courier’s life-cycle through out-of-the-box thinking
  • Coordinate projects with other departments to reach your goals

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Up to 2 years of professional experience outside of an academic and internship setting, in highly demanding positions (operations, consulting, tech, etc.)
  • Bachelors in Data Science, Finance, Engineering, Business or similar
  • You are great at handling a large amount of data
  • Results-oriented, autonomous and efficient
  • You have amazing attention to detail, a great appetite to learn, and are driven to get your hands dirty
  • Excellent critical thinking by using a data-driven approach
  • Excel/Gsheets proficiency
  • Experience in SQL preferred
  • Experience in Supply chain preferred 
  • Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau or Looker is a plus
  • Professional English
