Job Description:
As a Junior Customer Success Manager you'll be the face of SumUp, championing our clients' interests across the company. Your mission:100% responsible for ensuring our merchants thrive and flourish with our products in order to do what they love most! We're looking for someone with a proactive, positive, and dynamic mindset to excel in this position. Join us if you are up for the challenge!
What will you be doing?
- Engage with merchants when expected behavior deviates from the norm through outbound calls/emails to retain the business and prevent churn
- Provide routine checkups to satisfied merchants
- Target merchants who have sub-optimal setups to upsell or replace new products
- Ensure new merchants are properly activated within a defined period of time
- Encourage merchants to properly adopt our product suite
- Guarantee that merchant's queries are resolved in a timely manner
You’ll be great for this position if

- You are very good at empathizing with clients and explain complex issues in a simple way
- Problem solver who is not afraid of getting outside your comfort zone
- You are self driven and able to be organized in an extremely fast paced and dynamic environment
- You are fluent in German (must have) and English (must have), French, Spanish and Italian are a plus.
