Junior Inventory Manager
About The Team:
We have an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, detail-oriented Junior Inventory Manager to join an exciting and high-performing team. A role that will challenge you but also enable you to make a difference to the site's stock accuracy and waste reduction.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Managing a large team of colleagues on the shift on rota to ensure that the shift KPIs and daily task are completed and met.
- Support the Inventory Manager in overseeing and managing all aspects of inventory control, including daily audits and distribution of Ingredient , packaging /labels materials.
- Conduct regular physical inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Support with the goods in order to ensure minimal delays for production.
- Coordinate, track, and provide analysis regarding waste /damaged and returned to supplier material and management of the quarantine area of chiller and production area
- Lead by example by solving problems and assisting in daily tasks and ensuring all tasks are completed by deadlines
- Provide a strong shop floor presence to support your team and collaborate with others
Who You Are:
- People management skills required
- Proven experience in inventory management
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of inventory control principles, procedures, and best practices
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Location: The Granary, Unit 3, Chalker Way, Banbury, OX16 4XD
Shifts: 6:30am - 6:30pm working either Wed-Sat/Sun-Wed rotating every 3 months
