Junior Inventory Manager
About The Team:
We have an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, detail-oriented Inventory Lead to join an exciting and high-performing team on our Nuneaton site A role that will challenge you but also enable you to make a difference to the site's stock accuracy and waste reduction.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Manages staff and activities related to maintaining proper levels of stock or inventory
- Monitors and investigates inventory discrepancies. implements loss prevention procedures and practices
- Coordinate, track, and provide analysis regarding damaged and returned material
- Support with the Goods In and Goods out planning daily with a view to improving this
Who You Are:
- Previous management experience
- Experience working in FMCG/ Food production role is favorable
- Intermediate level of Excel use
- Knowledge and experience of SQDCP and Google sheets/excel
- Able to show examples of managing a high performance team
- Someone who can breakdown a problem, understand the root cause and implement a solution that addresses these root causes

Location: The Granary, Unit 3, Chalker Way, Banbury, OX16 4XD
Work Schedule: 40 Hours per week on a Night Shift
