Our customers build trust with their users through improved transparency and control to drastically improve marketing and monetization, while achieving full privacy compliance.We are currently looking for a Junior Partner Enablement Manager to join our Partner Enablement Team on a part-time basis (30 hours per week).In the Partner Enablement Team, we are dedicated to ensuring that both our internal and external colleagues and partners are fully equipped to succeed. Our mission is to provide the internal team with the resources, skills, and knowledge needed to onboard, grow, and retain their partners. Additionally, we focus on creating robust enablement tools that help our partners gain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services.

Your Tasks

  • Partner Data Hygiene and Maintenance: Assist with data cleansing and deduplication to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Partner Certification: Engage with partners to encourage participation in our certification programs and help them become trusted CMP experts through guided training and certification processes.
  • Processes: Help create and update internal processes within the partnerships department to improve workflows.
  • Project Support: Assist in various partner enablement projects, including launching new programs, implementing tools or systems, and executing strategic initiatives.
  • Webinar and Partner Engagement Support: Contribute to the planning and execution of partner webinars, workshops, training sessions, and surveys to enhance partner engagement.

You Bring

  • Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Management, Business Operations, Project Management, or a related field.
  • A structured and organized mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Open-mindedness and a positive, can-do attitude that thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent Excel skills for data analysis and management.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (a significant plus!) and experience using CRM tools to manage relationships and track partner engagement.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, handling multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • A collaborative spirit and eagerness to contribute to the success of the team.
