With our product, businesses can collect, manage and document user consents on websites and apps, and achieve full compliance in accordance with global privacy regulations while facilitating high consent rates and building trust with their customers.Our Partner Enablement team is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Partner Enablement Manager (m / f / d) to lead initiatives that drive the success of our partner ecosystem. In this role, you will develop and execute strategic enablement and operations projects, ensuring partners and internal teams are equipped with the tools, training, and resources necessary to maximize revenue and foster long-term partnerships. This position is critical for strengthening partner relations, enhancing their productivity, and aligning their efforts with company objectives.

Your Tasks

  • Deliver on KEY revenue operations projects and secure operational excellence across commercial teams 
  • Own KEY enablement tools and continuously scale these to meet partner requirements
  • Participate in creating scalable learning programs, including on-demand modules, webinars, playbooks, and certification programs
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to provide consistent messaging and support to partners

You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in partner enablement, channel management, sales enablement, technical account management, project management or similar
  • Proficiency in using enablement tools and platforms (e.g., LMS, CRM, and content management systems) - Salesforce is a BIG plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, sales processes, and go-to-market strategies
