We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Procurement Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and success of our procurement processes while supporting our mission of empowering privacy-centric solutions. You will be part of a collaborative and fast-paced team where your proactive approach will make a significant impact.

Your Tasks

• Conduct market research to identify optimal purchasing and sourcing options
• Communicate and align selection procedure requirements with stakeholders
• Collect, organize, and analyze supplier information for selection procedures
• Enter purchase orders (POs) into our ERP system and monitor their status
• Collaborate with the Accounts Payable (AP) team to resolve outstanding issues with POs and vendor bills

You Bring

• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
• Good knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets for data organization and analysis
• A willingness to quickly adapt to and navigate new tools and systems with ease
• A resourceful and proactive approach to problem-solving
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in procurement processes
