About the role

This role is a 10 month fixed term contract (mat-cover). You will be based in London, UK (hybrid role 3 days per week in the office). You will be reporting to the Recruiting Coordination Managernand you will be part of the global recruiting coordination team (x10) and the wider global recruitment operation team.

What you'll be doing

  • Interview Coordination: You'll schedule high-volume candidate interviews, both virtual and onsite, across multiple teams and roles globally. You'll organise interview days and assessment centres and manage candidate communications.
  • Candidate Experience: You will partner with recruitment teams and hiring managers globally, ensuring high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Recruitment Operations: You'll work with different recruitment systems and tools, gaining exposure to processes and contributing to hiring experience improvements within your departments.

Requirements

  • Previous industry experience either in Recruitment or HR or other supporting functions
  • Fluency in English language Be comfortable managing a high volume of requests
  • Demonstrate continuous improvement mindset, always seeking to enhance processes within the recruitment team and the hiring process
  • Can analyse low complexity recruitment data using different recruitment dashboards to report and present your findings back to your stakeholders (recruitment team, hiring managers, interviewers)
