The Job 

For our ambitious marketing team in Copenhagen, we are looking to expand our team with a new role - Junior Sales & Event Manager. Working with one foot in marketing & the other in sales and with one of our more recent channel additions your role will contribute to further developing our local Direct Sales marketing channel and play an important role in how we scale the scope and operation of the channel.

The position will sit within the Growth Marketing team where you will have close collaboration with other channel managers within both online & offline marketing. 

At its core we’re looking for an individual with a strong can-do attitude who’s a master of planning and coordinating and not afraid to take action and be hands-on. We expect you to have a skill set bridging Account Management and Growth Marketing, and previous experience in Field Marketing or Event Management is a strong plus.

You will be based out of our Nordic HQ in Islands Brygge, Copenhagen and report to the Sales Development Manager

You will…
  • Lead planning and execution of projects related to the expansion of Field Sales & Field Marketing mainly focusing on Events, Shop-in-Shop and Kiosk 
  • Work with RfQs, negotiations and sourcing of events, shows & locations
  • Assist in setting up processes & functional frameworks for ongoing and recurring activities related to Field Marketing & Field Sales
  • Report to channel manager & department heads on regular KPI updates & review
  • Align operations and performance with budget targets 
  • Support in general budgeting tasks & periodic performance based updates 
  • Lead & facilitate recurring supplier meetings 
  • Drive campaign profitability through both short- and long term initiatives 
  • Site / field visits traveling within Sweden, Norway, Denmark may occur
  • Lead the design & concept process for Events and similar
You have...
  • 1-3 years of experience driving or leading Field Marketing or Field Sales campaigns in scope - preferably within FMCG or subscription based products
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding budget targets 
  • An analytical mindset and a flair for extracting, visualizing & understanding large amounts of data 
  • History of working with & managing external service providers 
  • A good understanding of offline marketing and the concepts of subscription-based businesses
  • Intellectual curiosity: you always want to know the “why” and you go beyond the scope of a given assignment to get your answers
  • A bias-to-action and you thrive in a fast paced environment
  • A degree in Business Administration or Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics or similar quantitative discipline or equivalent experience 
  • Professional fluency in English. Nordic language capabilities required
