• Provide comprehensive support to our international clientele throughout the Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) number application process.
• Manage customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of their requests.
• Play an instrumental role in ensuring the compliance and success of our North American clients by assisting them in maintaining their LEI numbers.
• Actively participate in the validation team issuing LEI numbers in over 140 countries.
• Maintain close collaboration with our LEI leadership team based in New York to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.

• Ongoing or completed studies in business, science, languages, or similar fields. Students are welcome! 
• You are attentive to detail, diligent in your work, and able to complete projects on time.
• You're proficient in English and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong quality awareness with good time management.
• You enjoy working in a team environment.
• French language skills are a plus.
