Our Field Sales team is responsible for reaching new customers and delivering an exceptional experience through our payment solutions, transforming the daily reality of small business owners in Brazil. To support this high-impact operation, we’re looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Analyst (Temporary contract) to focus on hiring for Field Sales roles.You will join the People team, on Talent Acquisition, being dedicated to the Field Sales recruitment operation ande for end-to-end recruitment, ensuring efficiency and quality in hiring for our most strategic sales channel in the country.

What you’ll do

  • Conduct structured interviews focused on competency-based evaluation, ensuring alignment with the role profile and SumUp's culture within the Field Sales team.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for operational sales positions, acting as the main point of contact between local leadership and the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Keep recruitment data up to date and well-organized across internal tools.
  • Monitor and report weekly on key hiring metrics (e.g. open vs. closed positions, average time-to-hire, stage-by-stage conversion rates, and candidate loss reasons).
  • Contribute to strategic projects focused on employer branding, turnover reduction, and improving candidate experience.
  • Collaborate actively with Talent Acquisition teams and stakeholders across different SumUp regions to ensure process consistency and alignment of best practices.

You’ll be great for this role if you have

  • Previous experience in high-volume (20+ positions/month) recruitment (minimum 1 year), especially for commercial or operational roles.
  • Intermediate English skills for communication with global teams.
  • A consultative mindset and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking and a data-driven approach to hiring.
  • Familiarity with recruitment systems (Greenhouse experience is a plus).
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience recruiting in the acquiring, fintech, or high-scale commercial sectors.
  • Previous involvement in employer branding or turnover reduction projects.
  • Experience working with dashboards and recruitment funnel analysis.
