What you’ll do

Within Siilo we offer a business-to-business paid solution for hospitals, care organisations, and associations, called ‘Siilo for Organisations’. This secure and compliant messenger solution operates in a closed network and allows for better communication, collaboration, education and engagement within healthcare organisations.

As a Key Account Sales Lead for the Siilo for Organisations team, you will operate from Doctolib’s Dutch office in Amsterdam and will report directly to the Head of Siilo for Organisations. You will sell and promote Siilo for Organisations in one or more of the focus countries (NL, BE, UK, IR).  In this role, you will become thoroughly acquainted with Siilo's products and services, gaining in-depth knowledge about the market(s) and organisations. Selling and implementing Siilo for Organisations requires the ability to work on multiple prospects in parallel and align different stakeholders to effectively work towards closing deals as well as driving user growth.  

What you’ll do
  • Full sales cycle - from the first contact with the healthcare professionals to the signing of the contract with IT/management/DPOs of the organisation.
  • Creating strong links with all stakeholders involved for Siilo for Organisations; Data Protection Officers (DPOs), IT & Communication managers, and healthcare professionals, by understanding their needs and supporting them.
  • Understanding and supporting implementation strategies, providing guidance to the organisations and trainings to their users.
  • Conducting inbound and outbound sales cycle (from midsize (30-500) to large (>500) organisations (ranging from hospitals, associations, regional and care organisations).
  • Staying updated with local industry trends, market competition, and emerging technologies within the healthcare sector and sharing insights with internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborating closely with the legal, marketing, user and product teams to align product development and sales strategy efforts, share insights, and drive overall company growth.
  • Developing a strong presence with local teams, advocating for local teams' needs and requirements to ensure you have the necessary support to fulfil your responsibilities effectively.
  • Facilitating the exchange of best practices and successful strategies among the local teams to encourage continuous improvement and innovation.
Who you are
  • 2+ years of experience in sales/partnership management and are experienced in communicating with key accounts at C-level.
  • 2+ years of professional work experience in either the UK, NL or Belgium (Flemish and Wallonian) is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch.
  • A Bachelor’s degree education or higher.
  • Knowledge of and passion for healthcare.
  • You have excellent hunting & pitching skills.
  • You feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment and enjoy learning something new every day.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Affinity with tech, systems and tooling is preferred.
  • You are able to independently manage multiple sales cycles and to follow-up on a large number of opportunities and engage with different types of stakeholders within a prospect organisation.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) systems such as Salesforce and producing sales decks is preferred.
