As a Creative Producer at Pinterest, you’ll drive projects through the creative process by working with writers, designers, marketers, and other cross-functional teams across the company to help drive marketing programs and campaigns. You’ll work quickly and efficiently to lead creative production on new and ongoing campaigns, optimizing how the creative team works to maximize efficiency and quality. 

What you’ll do:

  • Drive creative production from concept to completion with our internal team of writers, designers, marketing managers, contractors and external production agencies 
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns executed in different mediums
  • Advocate for the highest level of craft across all outputs
  • Find opportunities to streamline the creative process to meet high production output 
  • Find, source and manage diverse production partners to support the work
  • Build great relationships with creative and cross-functional teams
  • Ensure a highly organized workflow that shows operational excellence at every stage of a project

What we’re looking for:

  • 6+ years as an Integrated Creative Producer for an agency and/or internal brand marketing team
  • Excellent organization and crystal clear communication skills
  • You’re comfortable working on multiple projects in parallel, prioritizing as projects and resources evolve 
  • You clear roadblocks for the team and translate complex problems into simple solutions
  • You’re willing to be an owner and help define a campaign with more questions than answers
  • You thrive in an ambiguous environment, flexing to the needs of different projects, teams and systems
  • You’re a strategic thinker, developing realistic, long-/short- term solutions that ladder up to our goals 
  • Quick and adaptable learning style, a confident and well spoken thought partner
  • You thrive in problem solving and finding a way to pull off great creativity with smarter, more efficient approaches

Final salary is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant prior experience, or particular skills and expertise.
