How you can help make a better world of work

We are looking for an experienced Lead People Operations Partner to join our global People Operations team. This role is pivotal in overseeing day-to-day people operations activities, fostering an engaged workplace culture, and supporting the overall success of our mission-driven company.

Our POps mission is to build a better world of work for our Campers.

As a Lead People Operations Partner, you will report to the Director, Global People Operations.  You will lead our small global POps team (APAC, EMEA & NA) overseeing various HR functions, ensuring the seamless execution of People processes, compliance and Camper support throughout their life cycle.  You will play a critical role in partnering with stakeholders to develop new solutions to drive change across a rapidly growing organization.

As a member of our global People & Experience team, you will:

  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of our POPs team, with a focus on process improvements, systems automation, enablement, onboarding/offboarding, LOAs, global mobility and other employee-related changes.
  • Provide operational support to the POps team, including guidance, conflict resolution, and escalation support.
  • Engage in coaching, feedback, and career development conversations that align with our values and leader accountabilities.
  • Contribute in the development and implementation of scalable People processes and procedures.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of global policies, legislative changes, compliance filings, and all other regulations that may impact our people practices.
  • Analyze data and provide insights for improving the functionality of our help tickets and response rates (JIRA experience a plus).
  • Collaborate with other teams and enable all to ensure processes are optimized.
  • Collaborate in special projects and initiatives as needed.

You will bring:

  • 5+ years of HR experience, with a proven track record for leading, inspiring and nurturing growth of a diverse team.
  • Enduring curiosity and passion for people and culture.
  • Strong proficiency of APAC employment law (EMEA a plus) and development of HR policies and procedures.
  • Experience in adapting to ambiguity and spearheading initiatives independently.
  • Experience with HRIS management (BambooHR is a plus).
  • Experience within a comparable, high growth environment (i.e. scaling company).
  • Experience working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, taking initiative to move projects forward, with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • A reputation as a trusted advisor, with integrity and discretion.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail, with a high level of organization skills.
