- Act as a resource for our EMEA Campers seeking assistance with HR-related matters such as onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration and leaves of absence.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of data in our HRIS (BambooHR).
- Maintain a working knowledge of EMEA employment law and legislative changes, compliance filings, and all other regulations that may impact our people practices.
- Execute on EMEA compliance reporting and auditing activity.
- Collaborate and align with our POps colleagues in the US and Australia to ensure consistency where possible at a global level.
- Liaise with our People Partners on Camper matters and provide training and support on POps processes.
- Liaise with our Org Operations teams to ensure proper handling of life-cycle changes for our Campers.
- Liaise with our Sr POps Partner on EMEA mobility cases.
You will bring:
- 3+ years of proven HR operations experience, where you may have taken on more complex problems or led small projects within your team.
- Strong proficiency of UK employment law and regulations (Germany a plus) and development of HR policies and procedures.
- Enduring curiosity and passion for people and culture.
- Experience in adapting to ambiguity and spearheading initiatives independently.
- Experience with HRIS management (BambooHR is a plus).
- Experience within a comparable, high growth environment (i.e. scaling company).
- Experience working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, taking initiative to move projects forward, with a solution-oriented mindset.
- A reputation as a trusted advisor, with integrity and discretion.
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail, with a high level of organization skills.
- High motivation with an eagerness to support and drive results.
