The Learning Operations, reporting into the Partner Enablement team within the GTM Enablement department, is responsible for building world-class learning and certification programs to create external partner champions, increase partner-sourced sales opportunities, and improve customer outcomes. Partner Enablement aligns with our Partner sales team to enable our external partners including system integrators, cloud, ISVs, OEM, and tech partners. 

The Learning Operations Specialist has two main focuses

1) maintaining the students within the LMS (learning management system)

2) managing new eLearning programs within the LMS that enable partners to implement and deliver MongoDB projects successfully

This position reports to the Learning Operations Manager

This role is an integral part of the GTM Enablement department, supporting our partner sales revenue targets.

We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Gurugram for our hybrid working model.

Key areas of responsibilities include
  • Maintenance of content library, tagging systems, and user groups for the Enablement Systems
  • Being the point person for all Partner questions related to Thought Industries LMS and Mindtickle LMS
  • Run reports within Tableau, MindTickle, and Thought Industries
  • Ensure Salesforce, Thought Industries, Tableau tracking student registration and certification completion
Within 60 days, you will 
  • Familiarize yourself with our business model, organizational structure, and sales collateral
  • Attend GTM Academy to learn our technology, what we sell and how we sell it
  • Gain competency with our sales enablement tools (Thought Industries, MindTickle, Tableau) and our content development process and tools
  • Understand the data that our sales enablement systems capture and generate 
  • Understand the administration associated with our systems & tools
  • Meet with our Partner Enablement program managers to understand their goals and vision 
Within 120 Days, you will 
  • Collaborate with Partner stake-holders to work on a process to ensure the quality and organization of our training & content is exceeding expectations 
  • Start to optimize use of Thought Industries and MindTickle 
 Within 180 Days, you will 
  • Be a critical member of the Partner Sales Enablement team, with a deep understanding of our product offerings, growth opportunities, and our culture and values
  • Collaborate with Partner program managers to ensure our enablement programs are exceeding their needs
  • Identify inefficiencies within the organization and standardize processes to help the team move faster
  • Working to automate virtual learning paths based on student competencies & program manager input
Beyond 180 Days, you will
  • Build, propose and execute on new initiatives to improve our sales enablement programs to senior leadership that include current and new systems/tools
  • Set and lead the LMS and CMS strategy for the sales enablement team
The ideal candidate will have
  • 1+ years of experience owning/managing learning and content management systems 
  • Experience with sales CRM, LXP,  and/or LMS tools (Thought Industries and MindTickle is a plus)
  • The ability to create filtered reports with visualizations 
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Positive, proactive and able to always exercise great judgment
  • A passion for using technology to solve problems
  • A high degree of organization and attention to detail
  • A relentless drive to ensure the best possible product is delivered and pride of ownership 
  • Entrepreneurial drive, the ability to ideate & work cross-functionally to design and execute a plan to make those ideas a reality
  • Self-starter mentality with a track record of producing exceptional work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to network inside the company and influence stakeholders to drive collaboration and program excellence
  • Exposure to SaaS business model, MongoDB or NoSQL databases is a plus
  • Willingness and Visa approval to travel to USA, Singapore, and/or Ireland up to 10% of the time
  • This role is based remotely in India, with preference to candidates located within the Gurgaon district. MongoDB’s offices are located in Gurugram
